Makita 8444 18V MXT combi drill

Featuring an all metal gear box and providing high torque, the three gear MXT motored 18V combi drill is a bit of a beast, and can be used to drill through brick walls.

Delivering a maximum of 1,700 revs per minute, the high speed gear powers through tough, hard surfaces. The two slower gears offer the stability and control to enable precise screwdriving.

Ryobi CDI-1803 drill

With a top speed of 2200rpm, the CDI-1803 can be used for hammer drilling into tough materials such as brick and concrete. Although it is heavy, a removable side handle provides stability and control for screwdriving and drilling.

In order to make it as comfortable as possible to use, the main body handle is soft to grip and ergonomic in design. The drill is pretty powerful, so there is a degree of vibration during intense, heavy duty work.

Makita adds BPT350RFE cordless pin nailer

Makita has added a cordless pin nailer to their range of tools, the BPT350RFE. The product is a 14.4V, lithium-ion powered pin nailer that weighs 2kgs. It is suitable for on-site installations, second fit work and furniture assembly.
