    Undoubtedly. You can see it in the amount of work being done in a variety of industries.

    As the prices of products and materials rise, so does the cost, obviously. Sooner or later it will cost huge amounts simply to have your en-suite bathroom done. Actually, it already does!

    It all depends on the housebuilding industry I suppose. But looking at the fact that demand is still so high for houses in key areas, and that levels of consumer spending are still so high, I can't see the economy nosediving. Who knows? If construction can't function effectively in the current climate, then you can't see things looking particularly rosy in the near future.
