my mate is about to start his first self-build project. He wants to build a 1,200 sq ft 3-bed bungalow in the berkshire/bedfordshire area but can't find any land at a reasonable rate.
Does anyone know of a decent (and trustoworthy website where he could get some good deals on pre-loved land?
