Hi everyone,
Since the early 1990's the Major Contractors Group (MCG) have been asking their supply chain & their employees for proof of competence before allowing them access on to sites. It was idetified that much of the experienced construction workforce could be lost to the industry, as many had picked their skills over many years & without the need of a qualification.
Due to governing funds available, we at Capital Training now offer on-site assessment & training (OSAT) as a route for the experienced workers to achieve an National Vocational Qualification. Assessors work closely with the candidate/employer & build a portfolio of evidence. We have around 100 NVQ varieties available & are the biggest in the industry.
The OSAT route can be free to most applicants upon them meeting a simple legibility criteria, In some areas every applicant qualifies for free funding.
We recognise that employees & employers have busy schedules with deadlines that's why we will gladly come to you and carry out the NVQ on-site assessment, and it doesn't matter how spread out your guys are. If you're interested or know some one that might be please call us on 02920 360452 (asking for Sukhi)/ visit our website www.capitaltrainingsw.com or if you want to leave a question on our blog please visit http://capitaltrainingsw.blogspot.com. leave your number and we'll call you.
